Explicit confirmation first
Every purchase shows the exact coin charge and requires your explicit confirmation before completing. Nothing is charged silently and nothing renews automatically.
Coins
Coin purchases are final once a payment is verified as complete, except where refunds are required by applicable law. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back to currency.
Failed deliveries
If a verified payment completes but coins are not credited, contact support with your order reference and the balance will be restored.
Subscriptions
The Insider Pass is a one-time 30-day purchase. It does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges to dispute.
